Brook Street is a leading recruitment agency that connects job seekers with top companies. We are currently working with one of our clients in East Belfast to find the perfect candidate for a full-time and permanent Helpdesk/Customer Service Administrator position.

Salary Information

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for logging and assigning service calls using CASH software, providing excellent and efficient customer support, and liaising with clients via email and telephone. They will also be required to work interdepartmentally to support colleagues and ensure the business runs effectively and efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience using Microsoft packages, including Outlook, Word, and basic knowledge of Excel. Familiarity with similar business system software is also essential.

Working Hours

The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 5:00pm and Friday from 8:30am to 4:00pm.
