Helpdesk Operations Manager

VIS Security Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Helpdesk Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our helpdesk services and providing exceptional customer support.
About the Role
Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer support calls, expertly logging and tracking service interactions using Mentor Cash CRM, and maintaining accurate customer records. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as technical support, customer service, and project management.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with exceptional leadership skills, experience in helpdesk operations, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service. Familiarity with Mentor Cash CRM and technical support would be beneficial, but not essential. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you
What We Offer
* Competitive salary (£30,000 - £35,000 per annum) * Generous benefits package: 30 days' paid holiday, comprehensive pension scheme, private medical insurance (after 6-month probation), and sick pay benefits (after 6-month probation)
