Helpdesk Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via email and telephone
- Log and assign service calls using CASH software
- Dispatch engineers and ensure paperwork is completed
- Book appointments and arrange access
- Maintain accurate customer records
Requirements:
- X5 GCSEs grades A*-C including Math and English
- 2 year administrative experience
- Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, and basic knowledge of Excel
Salary: The annual salary for this position is £23,000-£24,000.
