Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support via email and telephone
  • Log and assign service calls using CASH software
  • Dispatch engineers and ensure paperwork is completed
  • Book appointments and arrange access
  • Maintain accurate customer records

Requirements:
  • X5 GCSEs grades A*-C including Math and English
  • 2 year administrative experience
  • Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, and basic knowledge of Excel

Salary: The annual salary for this position is £23,000-£24,000.
