We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join Brook Street as a Helpdesk / Customer Service Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently log and assign service calls using CASH software
  • Deliver exceptional customer support through various channels, including email and telephone
  • Liaise with clients to book appointments, arrange access, and maintain accurate customer records
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless business operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages, including Outlook, Word, and basic Excel skills
  • Experience working with similar business system software

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm. Estimated salary: £27,500 per annum.
