As a Helpdesk Administrator for a major Security Systems company based in Belfast, you will be responsible for managing service calls, dispatching engineers, and providing exceptional customer support. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, offering a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

You will work closely with clients to book appointments, arrange access, and maintain accurate customer records. Your excellent communication skills and experience in similar roles will enable you to effectively manage your workload and prioritize tasks.
