We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to join our team in Belfast. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in providing excellent customer support and be proficient in Microsoft packages.

This is a full-time position with a negotiable salary and fantastic benefits package. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, high standards of organisation, and the ability to work independently.

Job Description:

  • Logging and assigning service calls using CASH software
  • Dispatching engineers and ensuring paperwork is completed to the criteria required
  • Providing efficient customer support via email and telephone

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills and ability to give clear instructions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, and Excel

The estimated salary for this position is £27,500 - £32,500 per annum, based on location and experience.
