You will work alongside our experienced team to develop and implement personalized Care and Support plans, ensuring that each individual receives tailored support to meet their unique needs.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management. You will also play a key role in promoting social inclusion, engaging individuals in activities, and supporting them to access community resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities and Autism Spectrum disorder
  • Develop and implement personalized Care and Support plans
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and meal preparation
  • Promote social inclusion and engage individuals in activities
