About the RoleThis role involves delivering high-quality care and support to individuals, promoting their independence, choice, and control. You will work alongside our experienced team to develop and implement personalized Care and Support plans, ensuring that each individual receives tailored support to meet their unique needs.
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management. You will also play a key role in promoting social inclusion, engaging individuals in activities, and supporting them to access community resources.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities and Autism Spectrum disorder
- Develop and implement personalized Care and Support plans
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and meal preparation
- Promote social inclusion and engage individuals in activities

What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of £23,898 - £24,300 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience. Other benefits include:
