Brook Street is seeking an experienced Learning Disabilities Cluster Manager to join their team in partnership with a well-established supported living service in Hinckley, Leicestershire. The successful candidate will oversee multiple supported living services, focusing on adults with autism and learning disabilities, and be responsible for maintaining the quality of service delivery, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.

Job Summary

This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of supported living services, including staff scheduling, budget management, and health and safety compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance standards, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee multiple supported living services within the Hinckley area, focusing on adults with autism and learning disabilities.
  • Maintain the quality of service delivery, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of supported living services, including staff scheduling, budget management, and health and safety compliance.
  • Participate in recruitment, training, and development of staff members.
Requirements
  • A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, and a commitment to securing a level 5 qualification in leadership and management.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the learning disabilities or autism care sector.
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver high-quality care.
