Adult Care and Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Adult Care and Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with adults with learning disabilities and Autism Spectrum disorder, providing them with the support and care they need to live fulfilling lives.
As an Adult Care and Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering day-to-day support, including assisting with personal care, promoting independence, and contributing to the creation of Care and Support plans. You will work as part of a team to ensure that our service users receive the highest level of care and support.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting vulnerable adults and is able to work flexibly. If you have a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of others, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centred care and support to adults with learning disabilities and Autism Spectrum disorder
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and mobility
- Encourage independence and promote choice and control
- Contribute to creating and implementing Care and Support plans
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and Autism Spectrum disorder
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
