Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Waking Nights Support Worker to join our team in Hinckley, Leicestershire. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support for adults with mental health, learning disabilities, and Autism. You will take our people out on adventures, assist with daily tasks, and encourage them to live their lives to the fullest.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Aiding with household and domestic tasks, including cooking and meal preparation.
- Assisting with budgeting and shopping.
- Supporting our people to access the community; including social activities and appointments.
- Supporting with personal care.
- Assisting with medication.
- Encouraging and promoting independence.
