Care Support Professional

We are seeking dedicated care professionals to join our team in providing essential care services within the community.
As a Care Support Professional, you will be providing essential support and care to our clients within the comfort of their own homes.
Duties:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, washing, and mobility.
- Support the implementation of care plans tailored to clients' needs.
- Maintain accurate records of clients' care and report any changes in condition to management.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Help with meal preparation when necessary.
- Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in healthcare practices.
Requirements:
- Car drivers only, with UK Licence.
- Previous care experience is preferred but not essential.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support.
Our company offers competitive pay and benefits to its employees. The estimated salary for this role is £12.00 per hour, with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
