We are seeking a dedicated Night Support Worker to join our team at Aspirations Care Ltd. As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health issues, and autism in a supportive living environment.
Key Responsibilities- Aiding with household and domestic tasks, including cooking and meal preparation.
- Assisting with budgeting and shopping.
- Supporting our people to access the community; including social activities and appointments.
- Supporting with personal care.
- Assisting with medication.
- Encouraging and promoting independence.
