About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cluster Team Leader to join our team at Aspirations Care Ltd.

Job Title: Cluster Team Leader - Supported Living

Location: Hinckley

Salary: £13.50 per hour

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Job Description:

  • Provide support to clients and staff, with 1 day per week office-based.
  • Lead by example, supervise support staff, and ensure the highest quality of care is provided.
  • Oversee all daily activities, enable service users to make choices, and encourage their independence and social inclusion.
  • Conduct team meetings, attend keyworker meetings, and represent the service user.
  • Inform the Manager of any staff-related issues and report any incidents, accidents, illness, and risks.
  • Manage sickness absence and annual leave requests, produce staff rotas, and ensure daily plans and documents are completed.
  • Order and audit medication, carry out observational supervision, and note-taking for investigations.
  • Safeguarding responsibilities, protecting adults' rights to live safely and free from abuse or neglect.

About You

We are looking for a strong team player with leadership skills, able to motivate and lead by example. You will have previous experience managing or supervising staff within Adult Mental Health, Autism, or Learning Disabilities. A strong understanding of Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, First Aid, and Moving and Handling is essential.
