Care Home Team Leader

This is a Team Leader position at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The role involves supporting the home management team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents, ensuring a safe, caring, and inclusive environment.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the person-centred care planning process, monitoring the well-being of residents, and assisting with smooth transitions for discharges.
- Practice safe systems of work across a range of tasks, including the moving and handling of residents.
- Have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes and at least two years' experience working in a senior position with the resident group.
- Be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and demonstrate the ability to lead staff and act responsibly in the absence of the manager.
