About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team, supporting individuals with their daily living activities and promoting independence. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with service users will be essential in creating a positive and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting service users with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation.
  • Assisting with rehabilitation programs, promoting physical and emotional well-being.
  • Building relationships with service users, fostering open and honest communication.
  • Reporting any issues or concerns to the clinical team, ensuring seamless care delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate records of work activities and progress.

Working Hours
