About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at HC-One. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and meals.
- Support residents with limited mobility to learn new skills and engage in activities.
- Deliver emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their dignity and well-being.
- Safeguard residents by recognizing signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and reporting concerns.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
