We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Rehabilitation Support Worker to join our team at Kingly House in Hinckley. As a key member of our care team, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs to live fulfilling lives.

About the Role:

As a Rehabilitation Support Worker, you'll work on a rota basis, including every other weekend, to provide high-quality care and support to our service users. You'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Supporting individuals with rehabilitation goals, such as mobility and independence
  • Encouraging social interaction and community engagement
