Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Care and Support Coordinator, providing exceptional support to young people in their daily lives.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people. As a Care and Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting young people with their morning routines, hobbies, and social activities, while also enabling them to reach their potential and experience new opportunities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Level 3 qualification in Children's and Young People's Workforce and a full UK driving licence. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with young people, families, and other professionals.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including the Real Living Wage, Christmas bonus, Blue Light Card, colleague referral scheme, financial well-being service, life assurance, and option to buy and sell annual leave.

Ongoing Training and Development

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
