Enrich Lives as a Life Enrichment Coordinator

Horizon Care and Education invites applications for the position of Life Enrichment Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in enriching the lives of young people by providing direct care and support, promoting independence, and encouraging personal growth.

Responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging activities, such as arts and crafts, sports, and outdoor pursuits, to stimulate interest and motivation. You will also assist with daily living tasks, like meal preparation and household chores, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all.

To succeed in this position, you will need to be a creative and organized individual with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and residents alike. A Level 3 qualification in Children's and Young People's Workforce and a valid UK driving license are required.

Annual Salary Range: £22,500 - £28,000 (dependent on experience)
