Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate activities with the Activities team to create a tailored program for residents.
- Work closely with experienced mentors to receive thorough induction and ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes the well-being of residents and staff alike.
- Assist in developing and implementing programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of residents.
