About the Role

Hiring for Youth Care Specialist at Horizon Care and Education. As a member of our community team, you will provide direct care and support to young people, enabling them to develop life skills and form positive relationships.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, such as morning routines and evening meals, as well as encouraging participation in hobbies and interests. You will work closely with colleagues to develop personalized plans that help each individual achieve their goals.
