Optical Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Optical Care Specialist to join our team in Hinckley. As an Optical Care Specialist, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring that every patient receives the best care in our stores.
The successful candidate will have a proactive approach to delivering outstanding store environments for both customers and colleagues. You will be required to book in eye tests, pre-screen patients, provide style advice, measure frames, take phone calls, and welcome customers into the store.
This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week with weekend shifts. The salary for this role is £24,000 per year, plus a bonus scheme. We also offer a range of benefits, including Specsavers Perks, Extra Day Off for your Birthday, and WeCare UK confidential employee helpline.
