We are seeking an experienced Adult Care Specialist to join our team at HC-One Ltd. in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
The ideal candidate will have a background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia.

You will assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, as well as administering medication.
Your key responsibilities include:

The estimated salary for this role is £27,500 per annum.
