About the Role:

As a Support Worker at Aspirations Care Ltd, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support for adults with mental health, learning disabilities, and Autism, taking them out on adventures, assisting with daily tasks, and encouraging them to live their lives to the fullest.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with challenging behaviors and mental health. You will be passionate about promoting people's independence, enabling them to live their best lives.
