Nights Care Assistant

Avery Healthcare's Hinckley House Care Home is seeking a Nights Care Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for supporting the care team during night shifts, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met.
- You will monitor resident wellbeing, report any changes to the care team, and make adjustments to care plans as needed.
- You will act as a key point of contact for residents, relatives, and visitors during night shifts.
About You:
- You must have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes, along with 2 years' experience working in a similar care environment.
- You should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to be responsive and flexible.
Estimated Salary: £20,500 - £26,000 per annum
