We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nights Support Worker to join our team at Kingly House, a residential care home in Leicestershire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to up to 17 adults with complex needs.

As a Nights Support Worker, you will work on a rota basis, covering every other weekend, with an hourly rate of £12. The successful candidate will be expected to have a genuine interest in delivering person-centred care, supporting individuals to undertake their rehabilitation programme, and working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
