We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Recovery Support Worker to join our team in Hinckley, Leicestershire. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs in a residential or inpatient setting.

About the Role

As a Recovery Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized support and guidance to service users. This will involve working closely with their support circles to develop and implement tailored plans that enable them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

You will also be responsible for conducting regular assessments and reviews to ensure the effectiveness of these plans and make any necessary adjustments. In addition, you will contribute to the development of new initiatives and programs aimed at improving outcomes for service users.

This is a full-time position, requiring 37.5 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, estimated at £25,000-£30,000 per annum.
