The salary for this role is approximately £22,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will support individuals with mental health needs in a residential or inpatient setting. As a Community Care Worker, you will play a vital part in promoting independence and well-being.

  • Support people with mental health needs in a community, residential, or inpatient setting
  • Be motivated with good communication skills and a commitment to achieving positive outcomes
  • Plan alongside members' support circles to enable individuals to be happy, healthy, and successful
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A commitment to person-centred care and recovery principles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care (full training provided)
