Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Waking Nights Support Worker to join our team in Hinckley, Leicestershire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily needs, promoting independence, and enabling them to reach their full potential.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Aiding with household and domestic tasks, including cooking and meal preparation.
  • Assisting with budgeting and shopping.
  • Supporting our people to access the community; including social activities and appointments.
  • Supporting with personal care.
  • Assisting with medication.
  • Encouraging and promoting independence.
