Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering person-centered care, with a strong focus on supporting individuals with dementia. You will work closely with our Registered Nurse and Care Manager to ensure that our residents receive the highest standard of care.
Main Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality care to residents with dementia
- Leading a team of Care Assistants to maintain the highest standards of care
- Assisting with the administration of medication and providing essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care or equivalent
- Background in person-centered care planning
- Knowledge of caring for people with dementia
