Head of Nuclear Commercial Strategy

About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Commercial Manager in Region 2, where you'll shape and drive our execution strategy aligned with the pipeline for upgrade/complex opportunities over a 3-5 year horizon.
You will lead global, multifunctional teams to implement commercial strategies on complex proposals and multiyear agreements. Internal functions coordinated in this process include Application Engineering, Core service engineering, New Build Engineering, S&OP, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Finance, Legal, EHS, Project Management and Service.
The ideal candidate will have significant control/influence over commercial priorities with moderate autonomy within the role to enter into/execute Commercial arrangements. High levels of Commercial judgement are required to achieve outcomes required.
Responsibilities- Understanding local market dynamics and investment in NPI
- Ensuring a structured approach to the Deal selection process
- Developing specialized knowledge of latest commercial developments in own area and communication skills to influence others
- Using judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns, or customers
- Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or a Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma with relevant experience
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Estimated Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum.
