We are looking for a highly skilled Head of Propositions Manager to join our team at The Access Group. As a key role, you will be responsible for managing customer engagement and feedback to drive the evolution of our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead market analysis and segmentation efforts to identify key segments for existing and emerging products
  • Manage the development of go-to-market strategies and collaborate with sales teams and customers to gather insights for proposition enhancements
  • Drive the commercial ownership of new solutions and manage customer engagement and feedback

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days holiday and a matched pension scheme.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to review data and derive insights, coupled with deep consumer-centric thinking and the ability to connect data to behaviour.
