Your Role

In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth for our Legal Division. You will work closely with the General Manager and leadership team to track performance, shape growth strategies, and create commercial offers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Analysis and Strategy
    • Provide market/customer size and segmentation data to support commercial plans.
    • Support the management team in defining ambitious and credible growth strategies based on internal and market research/analysis.
    • Manage tactical pricing initiatives across a suite of legal products.
    • Analyse pricing data and adjust strategies as needed to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
    • Create flexible pricing models and discount structures to meet client needs while maintaining profitability.
  2. Go-to-Market (GTM) and Commercial Offers
    • Craft business cases and GTM plans to support the delivery of market-leading software bundles across various customer segments.
    • Provide commercial input to support go-to-market planning to ensure the success of new propositions and acquisitions.
    • Create and manage commercial offers that align with business objectives and customer needs.
    • Work with sales and marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and deliver commercial offers that help close deals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial planning or business consulting, ideally in B2B software or fast-paced industries, with a track record of turning market analysis into actionable plans.
  • Skill in creating growth-focused offers, including bundle modelling, pricing strategies, multi-channel execution, and go-to-market (GTM) planning.
  • Proactive self-starter with experience managing multiple strategic projects under tight deadlines and delivering impactful business cases.
