Job Description

As a Retail Point of Sale Account Manager at Recra Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and growing client relationships. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our retail clients, ensuring their satisfaction and acting as a trusted advisor on all things related to point-of-sale solutions.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with retail clients by understanding their business needs and becoming a trusted partner.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our range of point-of-sale solutions, maximizing revenue potential.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including designers, project managers, and production staff, to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients, providing insights and recommendations to drive their sales and enhance their customer experience.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors, bringing innovative ideas and strategies to continuously improve client satisfaction and our portfolio of offerings.

About the Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $75,000 per annum, plus ample opportunities for growth and career advancement within our innovative company.
