About the Role

As a Senior Commercial Manager at ACCESS UK LTD, you will be responsible for driving growth in our Legal Division. You will work closely with the General Manager and leadership team to track performance, shape growth strategies, and create commercial offers. You will take a data-driven approach to strategy while staying adaptable to changing needs.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Market Analysis and Strategy
  • Provide market/customer size and segmentation data to support commercial plans.
  • Support the management team in the definition of ambitious and credible growth strategies based on internal and market research/analysis.
  • Manage and own tactical pricing initiatives across a suite of legal products.
  • Analyse pricing data and adjust strategies as needed to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  • Create flexible pricing models and discount structures to meet client needs while maintaining profitability.
  1. Go-to-Market (GTM) and Commercial Offers
  • Craft business case and GTM plans to support the delivery of market-leading software bundles across various customer segments.
  • Provide commercial input to support go-to-market planning to ensure the success of new propositions and acquisitions.
  • Create and manage commercial offers that align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and deliver commercial offers that help close deals.
