About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Commercial Growth Manager to join our team. This is a senior role within the Commercial team, focusing on strategic growth and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain long-standing relationships with established retail customers through partnership and collaboration.
  • Work closely with the Commercial Director to drive business growth and strategy.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the commercial team.
  • Lead high-profile accounts, providing real visibility and impact within the business.
  • Contribute to new product development (NPD) and commercial projects planned for the near future.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Account or National Account Manager in the FMCG or food sector.
  • Strong interest in the food industry and its trends.
  • FMCG or food industry background essential.
