Strategic Commercial Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Commercial Growth Manager to join our team. This is a senior role within the Commercial team, focusing on strategic growth and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain long-standing relationships with established retail customers through partnership and collaboration.
- Work closely with the Commercial Director to drive business growth and strategy.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the commercial team.
- Lead high-profile accounts, providing real visibility and impact within the business.
- Contribute to new product development (NPD) and commercial projects planned for the near future.
- Proven experience as an Account or National Account Manager in the FMCG or food sector.
- Strong interest in the food industry and its trends.
- FMCG or food industry background essential.
We offer a competitive salary of £75,000 plus car allowance and benefits package. This is a great opportunity to work with a focused commercial team and contribute to the company's growth and success.
