We are currently seeking a Commercial Sales Development Manager to join our team in Loughborough.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing existing customer accounts, providing prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, and developing customer relationships. This role involves administering and delivering contracts, projects, and orders through all stages of contract delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop customer accounts and respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Prepare and manage customer quotations, providing timely follow-ups, and investigating reasons for lost sales opportunities.
  • Administer and deliver contracts, projects, and orders through all stages of contract delivery.
  • Provide full product training to internal teams and customers as required.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales administration or a related field within an engineering environment.
  • Experience with compressed air or similar mechanical engineering products/services, such as air filtration, hydraulics, pneumatics, rotating equipment, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
