Job Description
This is a key role in delivering commercial success through business development. As a highly motivated leader, you will be responsible for developing the strategy and implementing plans to deliver our Professional Education offer. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships and drive commercial success.

Main Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Professional Education
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Drive commercial success through business development and partnership building
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver high-quality education programmes
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive growth

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Considerable knowledge of professional and executive development
• Proven leadership and management skills, with experience at C-suite level
• Strong business acumen and financial understanding, with experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
