Role Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide a seamless commercial approach by working closely with customers in their local area. They will be responsible for managing sales administration processes while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Marketing:
    • Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and follow-up activities.
    • Maintain regular contact with existing customers based on agreed call plans and objectives.
    • Price cash sale enquiries in line with our cash sale pricing policy.
  • Sales Administration:
    • Handle customer enquiries efficiently and promptly.
    • Investigate and resolve customer complaints through active listening and finding suitable solutions.
    • Liaise with internal and external teams regarding customer orders, pricing, products, and delivery matters.
    • Process payments for cash sale jobs.
    • Create, modify, and confirm new customer orders within our SAP Order Management system.
    • Negotiate realistic delivery times with customers based on production and transportation capabilities.
    • Gain knowledge of the concrete industry, customers, and markets.
    • Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, drivers, plant staff, and transport personnel.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
    • Achieve volume and margin targets for allocated plants.
    • Increase cash sale volume and margin.
