Commercial Strategy Manager

This is a key position within the Commercial team, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of our business.
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our Loughborough-based team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with established retail customers and a strong understanding of the FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key retail partners to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Collaborate closely with the Commercial Director to align commercial strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Leverage expertise in NPD and commercial projects to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
- Utilize analytical skills to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop effective solutions to address them.
- A proven track record of success in a commercial or account management role, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of the UK food market and current trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
