Role Overview

This is a key position within the Commercial team, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of our business.

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our Loughborough-based team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with established retail customers and a strong understanding of the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key retail partners to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  2. Collaborate closely with the Commercial Director to align commercial strategies and achieve business objectives.
  3. Leverage expertise in NPD and commercial projects to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
  4. Utilize analytical skills to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop effective solutions to address them.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of success in a commercial or account management role, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of the UK food market and current trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
