Executive Guest Services Leader

We are looking for a highly skilled Hospitality Operations Manager to join our Front of House Team at the London Hilton on Park Lane.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all hotel departments are fully briefed on guest requirements and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include managing and resolving guest complaints, maintaining good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas, and complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
The ideal candidate will have previous managerial experience in a customer service function, excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, and the ability to listen and respond to demanding guest needs.
