Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Executive Guest Services Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels. This role will be responsible for supervising and directing Concierge, Bell Desk activities and Bell Staff as well as Doormen, Valet Parking and airport transportation requirements.

The successful candidate will provide information pertaining to all hotel services, local places of interest, restaurants, doctors, sightseeing tours, and any other information likely to be of interest to guests. They will also recommend first and foremost the hotel's own Food and Beverage outlets before outside restaurants, with full knowledge of the outlets.

This role will involve preparing efficient work and vacation schedules for Concierge, Doorman, and Bell Services, taking into consideration project occupancy and forecasts and large group movements. The successful candidate will handle problems associated with guests and liaise with department heads or executive management in the absence of the Front Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct Concierge, Bell Desk activities and Bell Staff as well as Doormen, Valet Parking and airport transportation requirements.
  • Provide information on hotel services, local attractions, restaurants, and other relevant topics.
  • Recommend hotel-owned food and beverage outlets over external options.
  • Create efficient schedules for Concierge, Doorman, and Bell Services staff.
  • Handle guest complaints and collaborate with department heads or executive management as needed.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum
