About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Executive to join The Westin London City team. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless guest experience, and promoting our hotel's luxurious atmosphere.

As a Guest Experience Executive, you will work closely with the Guest Experience Manager, assisting with VIP guest welcome and farewell procedures while adhering to BSA standards. You will also be responsible for updating and executing the VIP list daily, collaborating with relevant departments, and encouraging guest feedback.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.
  • Assist the Guest Experience Manager in coordinating VIP guest experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure seamless communication with departments.
  • Contribute to creating an exceptional guest experience through proactive engagement and timely issue resolution.
