About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Guest Relations team at Jumeirah Carlton Tower as a Guest Relations Team Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Guest Relations team to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery
  • Coordinating VIP guest experiences
  • Maintaining high levels of service by following procedures meticulously
  • Monitoring team performance and providing constructive feedback

About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as previous experience in a customer service or supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
