As a Front Desk Manager at Accor Hotels, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. We are looking for a highly skilled and knowledgeable individual to lead our front desk team.

This is a new kind of hospitality, grounded in the spirit of discovery, the fantasy of nightlife, and the adventure of connection. At Hyde Hotel Dubai, we strive to exceed our guests' expectations by providing personalized service, luxurious amenities, and unforgettable experiences.

Our 276-room hotel features three incredible culinary experiences, including Cleo Mediterráneo, Katsuya, and Hudson Tavern. You will be responsible for managing and supervising all tasks of your staff to ensure optimal guest satisfaction.

You will greet all guests in a friendly and helpful manner, attempt to learn and use their names at every opportunity, and register and room arrivals according to established procedures. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in performing check-in, check-out, and room change procedures accurately and efficiently.

With a focus on maintaining cash float and preparing daily reports, you will also be responsible for cashing hotel guests' personal and travelers checks, assisting with currency exchange, and keeping abreast of all modifications to accounting policies and procedures.
