Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Manager to lead our dynamic Reception team in London and Dublin. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences across two receptions and 17 meeting rooms.
Main Responsibilities
- Organizing and managing the Guest Services Contract in accordance with Rapport standards.
- Providing high-quality Front of House services, including switchboard and on-site events coordination.
- Contributing to the strategic development of all sites across the UK and Ireland.
- Maintaining a hands-on approach, covering the reception desk at key operational hours.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and developing relationships with clients and guests.
- Leading, motivating, training, and managing a diverse team.
- Analysing and effectively managing in-unit costs.
Requirements
- Share Rapport values: creating immediate rapport, effective communication, and delivering high-standard service.
- Be highly organized, passionate about delivering excellent service, and have great interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate an excellent command of the English language, both verbally and written.
- Be IT and computer literate, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing environments.
- Possess the ability to prepare and present monthly and quarterly presentations and have a financial understanding and budget management skills.

Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
