At Meli White House Hotel, we are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Guest Experience Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their stay.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Guest Experience team, ensuring that all guests' needs are met with excellence and attention to detail.
  • Act as a point of contact for guest concerns, handling complaints effectively and working closely with the Guest Experience Manager and other departments to resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain high service standards, ensuring that all guests receive a seamless and memorable experience.

Salary Details: Up to £28,780 + Service Charge and Additional benefits
