As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will be part of a team that creates unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
">- Driving guest satisfaction and desired financial results through focused operations.
- Performing tasks within the Front Desk, AYS, and Guest Service departments as needed.
- E nsuring compliance with all Front Office policies, standards, and procedures.
- Ensuring adherence to all credit policies and procedures to reduce bad debts and rebates.
- Assisting department meetings and communicating a clear and consistent message regarding the Front Office goals.
- Identifying and analysing operational challenges and facilitating the development of solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Maintaining uniforms and ensuring that all Front Office areas have an atmosphere conducive to the overall guest experience.
- Training staff to comprehend and utilize night audit procedures and reports.
- Reviewing staffing levels to meet guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives.
- Fostering associate commitment to providing excellent service and participating in daily stand-up meetings.
- Managing day-to-day operations to ensure quality, standards, and meeting customer expectations.
- Empowering employees to provide excellent customer service.
- Observing service behaviours and providing feedback to individuals.
- Interacting with customers to obtain feedback on product, service levels, and overall satisfaction.
- Supporting handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts.
- Delivering excellence in customer service with strong attention to detail and understanding of quality management systems.
