About the RoleWe are seeking an exceptional Luxury Guest Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Guest Communication Centre, you will be responsible for delivering seamless communication to guests, ensuring their every need is met with precision and care.
This role offers a market-leading remuneration package, inclusive of a salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus service charge and attractive benefits. You will also have the chance to work alongside a highly experienced team, contributing to our award-winning group's success.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A high level of proficiency in relevant computer software applications, especially hotel systems and Microsoft Office.
- An ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- A willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts based on operational needs.
