Job Description: Luxury Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Service Coordinator to join our team at Nico's. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests.

  • Welcome and greet members and guests with a professional and genuinely warm welcome.
  • Answer the telephone, take bookings, and deal with general enquiries.
Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to all members and guests.
  • Maintain the highest standards of service delivery.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in a similar position.
  • Experience working in a luxury hotel, restaurant, or private member's club is advantageous.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, approximately 45 hours per week, with shifts ranging between 10am- 12pm. The club is closed on Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year. We offer a competitive salary, estimated at £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
